You may have to re-file the application, or worse, lose the mark altogether because of these mistakes. Also, Mr. Simmermon will remain the public attorney of record on the trademark after registration to give notice to the world that you and your trademark are represented by an intellectual property attorney who can quickly sue them for trademark infringement.
